Anyone staying in the DC area Thursday night??? I'm leaving from NY late picking up a friend from the airport and finally getting down to DC. for the night. It would be nice to roll in (to the track)with other cars. Still have not booked a hotel. Any other out of towners in for the weekend? Any locals have suggestions?

there are some hotels close to MIR but dunno much about them or how good they are ...I think on the way to the track up 301 there are your standard chain hotels, holiday Inn, Hampton etc..
the track is far from DC and Baltimore...it's past Waldorf in a little town called Buds creek...

Guys, I'm out. Car has developed weird ABC issue in the rear. To risky to run it at the track.

No Benz-O-Rama??? I was hoping you could teach a new guy the tricks to launching the v12TT. Well I hope everything gets worked out with your car. I don't know how far it is for you, but it would be great to meet you if you choose to make the trip with someone or something else...maybe its time for the Ranger Rover to have a run down the track??? just joking again good luck with your car.

Yeah, I'm bummed. I dont miss many of these. Gonna be great weather to hang out in too.
Rear ABC drops as soon as I start the car, then lifts back up at 20 mph. Stays at normal heigh until I start it again. Very odd. Looks like this right now, and it's going in to the dealer tomorrow.
