custom shorty headers before and after
Bought these from a reputable member on here (sneakyneon) at a good price. He had them custom made and they resemble the EVOsport headers. They were used so I decided to have them recoated with JetHot polished aluminum on the outside and ceramic on the inside.
I attached the before pic (when i got them), and after (with JetHot)

MBWorld Fanatic!
Those look great!
How hot do our EGT's get? I remeber haiving issues on other FI cars with the coating needing to be rated to 2000 degrees, otherwise it cracks and peels.

i have had jethot coated headers on several high HP vehicles. most recently a 600+hp IS300. a little discoloration but definitely no peeling. EGT's on my IS were around 1100F cruising and 1500-1600F WOT.
this is right inline with the jethot aluminum coating specs which say it provides continuous protection to 1200F, and intermittent to 1500F
