cams typically shine under the curve which is where you will see real world power. peak power is nice but it will not win races, I would much rather have lots of power under the curve than just peak power.

Yea cams are really for the top end and my top end is really good already with my 3 inch exhaust. I think Throttle Body really is the next mod to do.

U would not get cams for the extra 10-15hp. U would get the cams for the engine's power characteristic's more agressive power band.
If your were in a race with an other e55 with same power but u had the kleeman cam and u both kicked back. Just say the car kicked back 2 second gear at around 4K most prob in the kleeman cams range. the car will be very agressive and explode with power becoming more alive and agressive then the car with out no cam.
So both cars might have same power but one would have a more race characteristic
