im in for a dyno retune. when will we know what the payment needs for the track are? times would be helpful also as i may need to drive up thurs if the track is open during the day and not the evening

We get the track at 4pm. We can set up earlier, we just can't hit the track till 4. We are planning a lunch Friday and then a huge convoy out to the track. The cost of the track is not determined yet. We are working on some things for getting it paid for. I think at the most it would be @$50 a car. Don't quote me, we are still working on that. The time however, you can count on!

Yep, the evening after 8p the temps could drop in the 50s easy here. We have the track till 11P

We want to get a prelim list started for the track event and a dinner Sat. night after the event. The track is Friday. Saturday night after the event, I am trying to get a Police escort from Quaker to Easton(14 miles) to dinner at Easton Square. I am alos in contact with a friend that runs Easton security to get parking spaces around the square reserved. http://www.eastontowncenter.com/ I need a prelim head count for both. If you think you are going to attend please get on the list. Last year we had 35 guys and cars at dinner that was not planned and it was a mess. So lets give this a shot. Also, you can hold a room at the Hilton for free and can cancel up to the night before. I would reccomend this as the rooms sold out last year.
