I'm guessing they're just some kids on a sleepover watching Top Gear on YouTube. 
Lotus. They're all James Bond wannabees, lol.
He drives a "Turbo Esprit S3." Yeah, okay.
The guy has no clue about all the different variants of Esprits (S2, S3, Guigiaro, Essex, Stevens, HCi, X180, etc., etc..) so he just says "Turbo S3."

Turbo Esprit S3
The resale on a Benz is so terrible because nobody wants one out of warranty Lotus is a true exotic. Benz are overpriced **** wagons.

Unless you like poorly engineered money pits, you need your head examined if you've bought a recent model 2000+ Mercedes Benz.

Mercedes = all marketing. Yeah they're fast, and they break fast too.
If I was into luxury brands, I'd go with Lexus. Hell even the latest Cadillac are more solidly built than a Benz.

You obviously have never owned a Lotus in your life. As a former Elan owner (the Lotus-Ford twin cam era) I can tell you all you need to know about Lotus reliability. Elans, Elites, Esprits, Europas, 7s. But wait, you know that already because you own a 25 year-old car and with Lucas electrics!
Um, me thinks maybe the only Lotus Esprit S3 you own is the poster of one in your playroom.
I will say that the current Malaysian Proton Lotus is a little bit better in reliability. It ought to be since it's made with Asian parts. And after trying out the Rover K motor they realized hey, those little Toyota motors keep on running without even ever changing oil. Just clamp a super charger on them. But the rest of the assembly that comes out of the Hethel plant is no better built than a current UK Jag or Rover. Talk about lemons. And yum, a Lotus with a Toy motor. Just what I wanted.
