2005 E55 AMG
It is easy to choose between the two.
Are you 6ft or taller ?
The answer to this question should help you decide.
As well as whether you want to roll in a go-kart or Satan's Family Sedan.
Off Topic - Funny how SoCal people are still awake.

Uh........
Handling -totally different. Power - totally different. Ride quality - totally different. Functionally - totally different.
Both have 4 wheels and a steering wheel. Otherwise, I'm not sure how the two made the final list together.
Having ridden once in my pal's Elise (and never again, by my choice), I'd say its an easy call.

Wow! Talk about shopping for 2 very different cars. If you are heavy into track days get the Elise, otherwise this is an e55 forum, which car do you think we will recommend?

The Elise is a fun car but not practical for everyday driving. I felt like I needed back surgery after getting out of that car on rides longer then an hour. Even my s2000 felt bigger and more of a daily driver compared to it. If it's just a fun secondary car to drive every once in awhile, go for it. It definitely turns heads too. Otherwise scrap the idea, I couldn't imagine sitting in that car for a daily commute.

I've got a buddy who owns a Lotus Exige-S. He loves the car to death, but he still owns a Daily Driver (BMW 330i ZHP) because the Lotus is in no way a good DD car. Absoultly a blast to drive and be in, but any longer than an hour, and I'm ready to get out. And I am a "smaller guy" at 5'10" if that matters.

Hey guys, I'm really needing some help on an important matter. Help me decide what car to get, but I'm not going to tell you any of my requirements. Any feedback would be nice.
Should I get:
Hummer H2
Golf GTI
Kia Sorrento
Ferrari 459 Italia
Mercedes G55
Lexus LFA
Toyota Prius
Thanks.

I say get the Lotus.
I say that because you came on and E55 forum and asked a ton of E55/63 drivers which car to get. What the heck did you expect us to tell you? For that worthless question you are not allowed to have an E55.

I have a civic si as a daily driver just looking for something in that almost supercar territory and ive narrowed it down to these 2 cars because their price points are similar
