Goodyear or Gates or ???
Currently running a stock E55 AMG and am looking to replace both the serpentine and supercharger belts. I may upgrade to a 180mm pulley at some point, but not for a few months at least.

Some say they prefer Gatorbacks while others say Gates with the green backing. Which do you prefer?

doesnt really matter as long as the size is right you can go with either.

I have the Gates S/C belt with the green back and I have had nothing but good things to say about it!!

If you can get the Gates heavy duty (the green back one) that is the best, but any Gates will do.

Never used Goodyears but they cant be bad either.

Would the Gates Greenback have a K080510HD part number for stock S/C belt?

Do they make greenback belts to replace the stock accessory belt?

Whatever we're tuning!
Stock crank pulley belts sizes are as follows:
6 Rib is 96.4"/2449mm
8 rib is 50.75"/1289mm

The Gates FleetRunner(the green one) is a great belt!
