Yeah it's funny, I have rebuilt full engines in Mustangs and DSMs and Nissans but I don't want to put a pulley on my E55. The engines seem to be slightly harder to come by if you blow one up doing stupid things.

I am in Cincinnati, Ohio, and there are no tuner MB people here, just 2 stealerships, which are very good people actually, but they don't talk about mods. Come to think of it I don't think they know what a mod is...

Regards

And if this happens, well you may as well go full out and do a whole short block, it would be cheaper methinks

Hey Chad,

Danville in March works good for me, but what about that BMW M5 guy that I guess we will need to tune our Mercs?

We might be able to hook up 400RWHP with a pulley install here in Indy too.

Yeah he's no problem someday he'll get smart, at least his partner in crime is smart enough to have a merc. I bet world wide MB on 96th would probably do it. They are pretty cool about stuff!

Yeah that is what I was thinking. They re-installed my pulley after the local so called quality shop botched my RT package plus install. the quality shop managed to cut the crank seal in the process. WWM replaced the seal for me and installed the pulley correctly. No wobbles!!!

Yeah Marcus took care of me, thanks again. BTW is it considered 'jacking' your wheels if I leave you mine to ride home on? D2s are so hot on that car.

Working out a few kinks yet, but I'm most likely down for the March and June events both.

I assume you guys can provide us a well stocked and highly respected steak house in March? I would hate to come all the way there and not sample some of Indiana's finest beef

Regards

Ruth Chris and St. Elmos are our finest! Take your pick! I'm not picky!

Trust me, you will feel much better getting your car tuned (march) when you/they have all the time in the world..

Been to Ruth Chris in many places, so let's try St. Elmos if no one else minds? I always like to try new things. I'm sure they will have an ample supply of 18+ year aged Glenlivet on hand as well

St. Elmos is always fun. Don't let the valet monkeys park your car though. I was their last week in my ML. They managed to completely deactivate keyless go. When I walked out of the restaurant, there were three little monkeys in and around my car. The one outside was pushing everything he could on the fob and the two inside, every button they could find. The lights were flashing, the rear hatch was going up and down, hell she was whistling dixie!!! I had to start the car with the fob and later got keyless working again.

Could you imagine the delight if the valet monkeys saw a group of high horsepower AMGs roll in to valet.
