The Internet is full of scammers and legitimate sellers who from time to time decide to scam a buyer while hiding behind a reputation, and have it written off as a coo coo buyer. What is the world coming to?

he has not responded to the paypal case, he has one more day..someone said he was a sponsor here, I generally like to support the vendors who support the bandwith, but to get robbed by one sucks.

Well for starters they have an actual store down here in san diego by the marine corps air base. And your absolutely right I am new, although im giving advice on something I have experience with, did I mention they have a lifetime warranty?

wow... this sucks!!...
between dealing with crappy sellers and having to take the bumper off!! just to install the HID kit... I almost don't want to bother trying to put HIDs on my car now..

I went through the exact same thing with tspny. Paypal claim, yada, yada.
I'm giving hidextra a shot. I found a coupon code that WORKS: marchfb. This brought the total to $60 even for the slim kit with canceller.

SO I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY SLIM KIT< HIDEXTRA ARE A BUNCH OF FOOLS WHO SAID MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. THE TRACKING NUMBER WENT TO SEATTLE OR SOMETHING> BOGUS VENDORS. I have another paypal dispute going on again..omg

DDMTuning.com. Another board member referred me to them. I purchased the raptor v2 kit and error cancelers; arrived less than a week after I ordered. Installed easily and works great. Paid with credit card as well, just in case I had a problem similar to yours.

So it looks like it could be hit or miss with them now too, eh. I ordered mine a while back, when they still had Apexcone Raptor V2's. It looks like they've changed their website and perhaps even suppliers.

They sent the wrong kit, Im sending it back and just getting Philips Diamond Vision. There cistomer service is the worst, never use HIDEXTRA EVER,,,WARNING..I git an RA, they are charging me a restocking fee, I still have my paypal case open. These guys doing HID kits all have their heads up their ***. I got some weirdd kit with no directions? All kinds a wires, it did not fit in housing, total joke.
