Left side Marker light keeps coming on!

Left side Marker light keeps coming on!
The Malfunction light keeps coming on, that is. So I changed the bulb a few times, but the left side marker light always comes on, especially after rain. I took the marker out (On the front bumper, left) and noticed there is some moisture in there. So water must be getting in.
I am not sure where, it may be the seal or the actual plastic part. What do you guys think? The light will come on at times, other times not. Is the socket a bit damaged? Anything I can do to fix it myself?
