28k at the most. Its a 04, u are better off getting a late build 05 with the updated rear diff and other goodies.

Sorry for the OT but what updated diff does the 05 have over the 04?

That is to funny....

$48k and he won't even repair curbed wheels? What does that tell you about the seller?

does your car have 12k on it?

I put 22k on my car in 14 months of owning it.This car is probably the cleanest e55 that is left on this plannit.

You are right on the diff, but you are seriously light on your pricing info. This car is worth $26-28K wholesale making the fair market value in the low $32-34K range.

+1

Ive been watching the pricing on these cars for about 3 years before buying mine. It being an 04 - despite 12K miles (which is really good) it would yield low to mid 30's at best.

It really is probably the cleanest one out there.. but 48K?

It's a crime to own a car with only 12k on the odo after 7 years (unless it's a collectible.) The warranty has timed out and the car was barely driven. Talk about taking a chunk of money and throwing it down the drain.

The new car purchase price minus the depreciation minus having minimal use value gives you nothing at the end. His Mom should have hired a chauffeur instead. Probably would have been more economical.
