ALL NEWBIES MUST READ!
Before posting a thread about a question that has been asked 1 million times here, please use the SEARCH button. IT is actually pretty simple.....
1. Press search
2. Enter a word that has to do with your search ie. lowering
2. Press GO
4. Read like hello
Look there.....my own DIY
Most of the questions you have will have been dicussed more then one time. This would be greatful to all the people that have already read, dicussed and PMd the topic a million times before. Then if you dont find your answer, post a thread. This place is out of control with newbies and some people that have actually been here a while, but have no brains, asking the same questions over and over again.
Oh, and please spare us the question or questions like, "what would you buy", "which one is faster if I had a trunk full of groceries", "which one do you think rides better" and so forth. Go ask your mom, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, I dont care but dont ask a bunch of pople that have no idea what you even like in the first damn place. Further more, do you really care what the hell I think rides better, looks better or whatever. Cause I obviously dont give a crap what you think. Just buy what you like and apare us the thread.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
What most of us are interseted in are pictures of your car, problems with these cars you can help solve, DIYs, MODs, 1/4 mile times, HP ratings and so forth.
1. Press search

good post.
what i am not seeing here is that there are a lot of good DIY that are being posted but the mods are failing to make the threads into a sticky. Hence these new members are kinda lost.

I'd never seen it before yesterday because who the hell has a "3-5-7" search query.

Hey Guys,
I know it best to search before asking a stupid question that will send Marcus off the deep end, but I was wondering if it was better to use IE8 or IE9 as my browser. Also has anybody used Firefox or Chrome to view their search results. Which one is faster? Can I search with IE, but reply in mozilla.
Thanks in advance for your help....

I think I'm the oldest newbie in here. 3 Benz's later and I've got a joined date 3-11-2007 LOL.
Don't worry though, I'm good with the search tool--- I've had 5 years to figure it out LOL.

Also, when buckling up, is it better to slide the metal tab into the buckle or slide the buckle over and around the metal tab? Which one is faster? Have you guys seen more problems/breakage with one way or another I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance for all your help on this very troubling issue.

Hallelujah chorus plays!! YEESSSS!!!
I know we may be coming off a bit d*ckish, but imagine you are at your office walking around with a big sticker that says "My name is John" and all day people keep coming up to you and asking "What was your name again?"
By the end of the day, or in our case, after months/years of this, we snap back JUST LOOK!!! LOOOOOKKKKKKK!!!!!
Whew, okay better now. Back to work.

I believe part of the issue has to do with the instant gratification that the millennium generation has grown to accept as the norm, that they come on to these forums and want an immediate answer.
You have an answer, they want it. Why should I spend my time, when you already have it? Just a thought, and not making excuses.
I love this forum (and this thread)... makes me laugh. (My most favorite recent thread is the E55 vs Elise... I still find myself chuckling when I think about it.)

All good info, but Emoving, you try WAY too hard to be the forum " tell it like it is ********" . If you do a quick search of your posts , about 90% of them are useless negative BS posts. Be aware that you clog the board with just as many useless posts as the noobs do, just in a different way. If you could dial it back a notch , you would come across as a much better member of this forum as it does appear you have quite a bit to contribute in between the 100's of negative posts.
