I am still amazed that you made 42whp from PLM headers, thats as much as some LT's but with shorties at a great price. Regardless 
to your ride.
Before your first mod you should have your service up to date. Next I would say headers. You could do Headers without the worry of supporting mods and stay that way a while, untill the mod bug starts to itch or you get bored with the car.
Don't rush , educate yourself, (but don't go over board with research or you will go crazy and in circles like me as I was told recently by a very skillfull educated gentleman tuner) and see what is best suitable for your needs. Almost everyone wants the fastest E55. Remember that almost every single modification that you do will require some sort of accomodating mod. (pulley requiring tune= required upgraded cooling) for eg. All in all just have fun and keep us all posted.

Headers will be my first perf. mod. Got in on the GB...and am just doing shorties. Personally don't want to mess with the emissions system at all.
Then will do HE + Pulley + tune at the same time. But may just stay with the headers for a while.
