MBH E55/CLS55 Mid-Section
I'm happy to announce a long over due project is 99% complete. With the success we've seen from our E63 and C63 header and mid-section kits. It only made sense to have this for other cars. With that said, we have now made a mid-section that will work with our LTHs. As an option, this opens the door to having a full stainless steel, 100% bolt on header and 3" mid section for your E55 or CLS55 AMG.
This system is modular. Allowing the customer to make the system the way they want it. Options include: X-pipe, H-Pipe, standard strait pipes, Secondary cats,
Our test car is on the dyno right now, so I'm awaiting the results of that. Along with a sound clip video.
For the existing customers who have Vband clamps and would like this mid section the kit will include an extra Vband adapter pipe that will allow you to mate your MBH headers to this mid-section.

Me too! I was heading home and my brother blasted by me. I've heard some mean car in my day, but this was just awesome. I spoke breifly with him on the phone and he's loving the new sound. I thouhgt His car sounded mean before. He has said he could not notice any drone.
Hmmm. This is made to fit the MBH LHTs, but I suspect this could be altered to fit any 211 or 219 55.

The SL products are in the mix, and next to be fabricated.

Is this only compatible with MBH LTs? I only ask bc I might buy this now if it would bolt up to stock manifolds and buy MBH LT's when I save up a little more money. Also, could you PM me the price as well? Great looking product!

I wasn't there to witness the dyno today. I had prior obligations. I spoke with my brother and Rich @ DC and I was told the system picked up 10whp. So with our headers and mids you should see about a 50+ whp gain over stock. Its not a necessary mod, but it makes installing the system that much easier. Also some shops don't have welding equipment... So It allows you to take it just about any place to have it installed.

That is pretty sick sounding for a 430!

Some folks know, some don't. So I'll fill you in. over the Christmas Holiday one of your fabricators passed away. Rather than make it a sob story. It made us put a lot of fabrication on the back burner so we could keep up with production. Add that with a move into a new building and it just slowed a few things up.
The SL products are in the mix, and next to be fabricated.

Condolences, good luck with the move.
