LOVE the wagon. Dog looks like the one I had til he passed last year @ 17 years old. Anyways, lemme know what you want for the truck, and add 30 bucks for a step ladder too! Lol

Thanks. He's all Lab. Labs are supposed to have thick, blocky heads.

I have 2 English boys, Moose is just a little too large. He's ~23" at the shoulder and my other one is just under 21".

Do you like the truck?
I had a 2008 Yukon XL Denali w/the 6.2/6spd. I think I averaged mid-teens with it.
I ditched it after 7mos because it was a PITA to own. Too much **** breaking already and GM's horrible service/parts availability at the time.
Dash looks nice. I want to do something similar in my 1st gen.

I only bought it because of the deal. It was a leftover 08 I bought in 09.
97 miles, I paid $63k - less than I could find USED 08s for at the time.

What kind of gas mileage did you see with the manual Cayenne?
My wife has an H2 and we may be ready to try something new, and those just seem so cool. Especially with the monster meats on the rear.
Yours was very nice!

It was rated at 11/17. All interstate on a 550 mile road trip I managed just over 16mpg. That was my best. Around town it was usually 10-11.
The autos had 3.55 gears, the manuals got 4.10. Better towing and acceleration, bad fuel economy.

OOOFFF.
That may not be the improvement we would be looking for.
I take it when you say "managed" you were actually being careful and trying to get better MPG.
At least for your bad mileage you got a sport quick SUV. The H2 is like driving a brick around. It pretty much handles and accelerates like it looks like it would.
There are times when I think "is this thing leaking gas?"

To the H2's credit.... It gets about 2 MPG better on average with my wife behind the wheel.
Exterior is in almost perfect shape, interior has some signs of wear, but is by no means abused are loose and rattle-ish.
We may be very open to trades as well.

If you're looking to save $$ on fuel, I don't think a 957 Cayenne is what you want to buy.

+1 on the blazer.
I had a 71 2wd blazer. Tubbed out, Chopped, had the windshield sloped 8 degrees, 55 Chevy dash, Hand built cromo rear end.
Front wheels were 20x7 and the rears are a 20x14 wrapped in 345/25/20s. Fully airbagged. Shaved firewall, zippered frame, I had the doors cut down to meet the bedsides.
Never finished it though........
I sold it to my buddy Kevin who is now trying to sell it-I think.

Also, +1 on the classics. There is no way to explain the joy of owning a really nice collectable olllllldddd car, and then adding a few touches to give it some new meets old.
