I also have a P30 and never noticed. Mine doesnt do anything out of the ordinary. There is an occasional thud or clunk from the LSD. Dealer says its normal. I hear it every once in a great while.

welcome to my world !!!!!

from park i have been getting a clunk going into reverse with all 3 transmissions , might be the tq plates .

Also the shifting upon normal driving i notice after a brief romping bout and also the downshifting .

the trans adapts to the aggresive driving .

My transmission is smooth. I don't feel any harsh shifts at all.

When you say that you feel the car go into drive from park, do you mean you feel a bump? I hadn't noticed that on my car, and I tried it again after reading your post, and I don't feel a bump or surge or whatever you're experiencing.

Sorry dude...

E63 AMG
At times, I notice that my car has some rough down shifts. Particularly 2nd to 1st (when cold in sport mode) and 3rd to 2nd (when my driving goes from aggressive to smooth).
