STAR DAS Service to Local Houston Folks
I have a STAR DAS system.
This is what I can do with STAR for a nominal fee
Lower the car
-10 Fan mod
Lock unlock beep
Diagnose CEL, SRS lights etc
Run Quick Test on the Car (this is good for poeple who want to do a pre purchase inspection)
Lot of other stuff

So that would be a "No" to SCN coding then? If that's a "Yes", I'm headed to Houston on Saturday, would love to by a beer or two while you code.

SCN can be run in two modes Offline and Online. Online can only be done by the dealer Offline requires that you print or email inforamtion to MB and pay a fee to get the SCN code.

Is there any way to do STAR functions remote(laptop connnection to ECU)? Nobody in Memphis or the surrounding area has STAR or they simply don't want to use it...

Yes, thanks. Well, actually anyone with a legal multiplexer and a FDOK account can SCN code. It's not cheap, and I gave up my subscription year before last.

Just an FYI to the people wanting this done....we dropped my car with STAR and washers in the front. The drop on my car is not just STAR.

Wow..I had my car lowered by Shardul tonight...it looks perfect and sits so tough...very impressed.

It was very educational and very interesting to see the abilities of the STAR DAS system as Shardul worked his laptop and the menus.
