I assume this is because the Odyssey is a very rugged battery? Don't know much about them. I just assumed light weight was a big factor.
If I end up trailering my track car this year, I may go even lighter... like a std Braille at 11 lbs. Need to do more research.
Thanks for the info.

So, whadya think...... I could give the PC1200 a try and make a "test thread" out of it. It only weighs 35 LBS

PC 1200:
1200 cranking amps for 5 seconds
1090 cranking amps for 10 seconds
900 cranking amps for 20 seconds
Short circuit current over 2600A
44 amp hours
78 minute reserve capacity with 25amp load
Length 7 11/16"
Width 6.5"
Height 6 5/8"
Weighs 37.5 lbs
just looked, it's the pc925. the 1200 might be a good choice for daily use but i just didn't trust the 925 for anything but track use. iirc, there are others that are running the 925 just fine for daily duty.

i replaced them with Eurocharged ones which weighed about 8lbs including tips per side.
So total weight savings were 50-16 = 34 at a very low price

I just took out my mufflers on my W211 E63 and they were about 10 pounds each. I put set of the Sus GT Miesterschaft exhaust andy they were about 8. The AMG stuff was surprisingly light.

i'm thinking the 63 mufflers might be a lighter/simpler straight through design compared to the chambered 55 design which would account for the weight difference.
