Was the Lambo an E-gear or manual?

Manual, but well driven. I have the slips, both cars made a good pass. That said, I'd obviously much rather have the Gallardo

Evo's are an extremely potent platform! check out AMS, their Evos are BEASTS! e85 + bolt on mods + 25psi = low 12s easy. I have a few buddies in the low 11's and high 10's running basic 35r swaps. Although Ive always preferred having a subaru(owned two previous ones, both modded) I'll give them credit the EVO will definately respond better to mods.

Another buddy of my is putting down 396whp on a stock turbo/e85 EVO9 hitting 11.9 at the track. very impressive little eco-boxes

AMS 35R here. The issue becomes blowing your transfer case/clutch/transmission as you go that route (I blew all 3). The 55 holds it's power like a champ.

No Wonder it's a highly de-tuned standard SLR motor.

Times won't mean much since this track is slightly shorter than a full 1/8th. I had previously ran 7.60 at our local 1/8th mile track, pulley is a172mm.
