I am planning to install these. Can someone tell me if I need need studs and nuts when installing these.

It is recommended to replace all nuts. Studs only if the come out.

I picked up 10 bolts and 16 nuts.

The reality is: These are not torque to yeild, so they can be reused without an issue.
