01' CLK Cabrio
Its an SLP product but can be ordered from your local dealer. Just saw both of them in person last month and the dealer was taking orders. Guess it works like the SVT vehicles at ford...

No, buying an SLP vehicle these days is like buying a Saleen or Renntech. SLP is not owned by GM. SVT part of Ford, though.

Ran a few stock ones and one that was supercharged and he could not keep up with the cobra.
Not found and twinn turbo's but pretty sure they would walk away from me.
Stock ones are slow IMO but the modded ones could be a challenge if they run race gas or nitrous which I stay away from considering 02's don't like race gas and nitrous go's fast like ammo.
I might just do the twinn turbo option this summer on the cobra a guy here is getting about 785 hp on 93 octane on his cobra which is very tempting.

From a standing start I have gaped C6's, SS's, SRT's, 1 SVT mustang, a GT3 and a few 911 anywhere from 2-4+ cars. But I would bet they were all stock. I have also run a C6, GT3, 911 and a SS from around 40mph and pulled by what seemed to be around 30 yards or more. The M156 motor prefers to be in the higher RPM's so that made sense to me. I would think the 55 would be able to get a better jump on them from a standing start.

I ran into a new Camaro SS last night on El Camino Real (in Mexico). I rolled up next to him at a light, but before I could invite him to some fun, the light changed. He pulled out slowly so I stayed right beside him trying to convince him to have a go. We were rolling at about thirty five when I heard him drop it. so did I. My car pulled hard and instantly jumped out in front of him. He gets out of it, changes lanes and turns left. The light at the next intersection up ahead had changed. He obviously did not want to pull back up next to me. Wimp, I guess he was trolling for GTs not AMGs.

Wow,, The dame could have been 16 in 1967 and done the same pose with the 1st gen Camaro's. Yea, no wait.. Hell yea, I'd hit it too...
A buddy often says "beauty is only a lightswitch away"... Those hands on the shifter in the last few scenes, wow... Look pretty old.. She needs TPMS on the implants too. A bit over inflated???

Not 585 but 556 is pretty darn strong.
2012 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Spy Photos - Future Cars
Chevy lets proof of the supercharged Z28 slip right out the door.
BY DAVID GLUCKMAN, PHOTOGRAPHY BY CHRIS DOANE FOR BRENDA PRIDDY & CO., JORDAN BROWN, AND AARON KILEY
July 2010
When we first saw these photos, we were pretty sure this Camaro-shaped vehicle was a Chevrolet, but someone managed to deftly tape over the trunklid badge. How could we be sure? Then we noticed the bow tie on the door, and came to the airtight conclusion that this car is indeed a Chevy. But what’s under the hood?
Luckily, in another sticker-related misstep, someone opened the door and revealed one of the most poorly placed communiqués we’ve ever seen: a tag on the dash that confirms that this is a Camaro Z28—a vehicle often rumored but not officially announced. Even better, the sticker reveals that this mule is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 backed up by a six-speed automatic transmission. Chances are very good that this is the Cadillac CTS-V’s LSA powerplant, which is rated there for 556 hp and 551 lb-ft of torque, as opposed to the higher-powered LS9 V-8 from the Corvette ZR1. Chances are equally good that the Camaro Z28 also will be offered with the CTS-V’s six-speed manual. So, in a sense, you can think of the Z28 as the bow-tie version of the CTS-V coupe, and the ultimate in attainable Chevy awesome.
The tape and camo is thwarting our ability to discern all of the styling changes, but we do note a few. The rocker panels might be reshaped, and there’s a new rear fascia with quad pipes sticking out. (The current top-dog Camaro, the SS, sports dual exhaust pipes.) And we bet the mosquito netting up front is hiding some mean-looking grillework. The matte-black rims are wrapped in wide, Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, and there’s some seriously big brake hardware on display.
Obvious competition will come from the 550-hp, supercharged Mustang Shelby GT500 and Dodge’s naturally aspirated Challenger SRT8, the latter of which is expected to be bulking up from 6.1 to 6.4 liters in the near future. Then there are the myriad tuned Camaros; we’ve reviewed both a supercharged Camaro SS from Lingenfelter and Hennessey’s LS9-powered HPE700 Camaro.
And while we usually have to make an educated guess as to when prototypes such as this will appear in showrooms, that info also was revealed by the dash sticker. Expect this awesomest of factory Camaros for the 2012 model year. We predict a Detroit auto show reveal in January, and expect sales to commence by the fall of next year.
I'd say thats enough to beat 99% or all of the amg 55's on 93 octane. Now if your talking race fuel on the camero and AMG 55 its still going to beat the AMG and thats just my opinion considering its lighter and a 2 door.

A Prius because I'm green
My friend who has an exhaust shop has a SC on his and he's pushing 550 rwhp but hasn't tracked it, mostly because he lost an arm in a nasty wreck. The video with the 10 second run is no doubt fast but I'm curious about the trap. I'm trapping 124-126 and I run 11.2-11.4. So I'm curious if I can stay with him or get him from a roll.
As far as the cougar goes since everyone is commenting, and at 29 I've had my share of courgars! I like to say, "protect her from your girth, with the greatest lube on earth, KY Jelly!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
And I'm not sure why anyone would be worried about any newer Camaro, it's built on the stipulation to be a new age muscle car that is a fast car like a Vette or Punstang. Lets see them throw three fat *****es in the back seat with a couple foot longs with extra meant, hold the healthy stuff and some diet cokes, when they can do that come talk to me and I'll be impressed!

Guess my eyes are not as good as they use to be my bad.
Including my AMG as well.
Maybe they won't be able to drive them well![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Being most E55's are 4087 curb weight and the Camero will probably be around 3700 to 3800 curb weight that will make a huge diffirerence as well in the acceleration of them.
Chevy,Dodge are making some high HP motors now to keep up with Ford.
