OT: You will not be dissatisfied with this conversion - tbal's front end looks even better IRL.

I think I am going to do the rear trunk panel also. Parts.com has it for $190 I believe. BTW Wally, what did you pay to have your bumper professionally painted?

I just ordered the parts to do the conversion now that I have sold my E92 M3. The cheapest price I have found so far for the parts are from MB of South Atlanta.

http://www.mymercedesparts.com

The MSRP for the front bumper cover is 1405 and change and they offer it at 906.25.

Hopefully I can get this completed by the end of the month.

This is the parts list that I ordered:

211-885-41-25 E63 bumper cover with Parktronic & headlight washers
211-880-17-05-9999 Headlamp Washer Cover
211-880-18-05-9999 Headlamp Washer Cover
211-885-10-22-9040 Tow Hook Cover Black
211-880-17-83-9040 Grille (Non Distronic)
211-887-03-27 Pull For Hood Latch
211-885-23-21 Chrome Trim For Bumper
211-885-24-21 Chrome Trim For Bumper
211-885-13-53 Center Mesh
211-880-07-03 Center Inner Plastic Support
211-880-09-03 Inner Plastic Support
211-880-10-03 Inner Plastic Support
211-885-16-37 Impact Absorber
211-885-15-37 Impact Absorber
211-885-13-37 Impact Absorber
211-520-15-22 Engine Undertray
211-885-07-16 Reinforcement For Lower Bumper
211-885-08-16 Reinforcement For Lower Bumper
171 885 00 14 Parktronic sensor holder

I did not order the foglights and the side mesh grilles because I am installing the WALD LED day light kit.

Nice. You did not think about ordering from parts.com for the cheapest prices?

Parts.com charges a little more for shipping (I think they quoted me for 250 to ship everything vs 100), so in the end they work out to be about the same.

True. I never got an answer, but I think I'm going to choose freight shipping because I it should be cheaper. I just don't want to get stuck paying higher than $250.

I think that's the max that they charge. I have bought a bunch of stuff from them in the past and had been happy with them.

This is going to be the look of the finished product. The major differences are that my car is black and I won't be running the front plates.

Here is an update for the Hella E63 round fog lights from pelican parts.com. Two are needed for left and right and they both use the same part # below which cost $64 each.
