There has to be a reason why MB/AMG chose a factory H pipe? I would just stick with that. If you are doing a 3 inch mid section then increase the size of your H pipe as well.

2006 E55 AMG

H pipe gives way more bass and deep v8 sound. It also gives more low end tq, x pipe is more exotic higher pitch with better top end HP.

Top one looks exactly like my magnaflow...theyre the same thing. it looks wider from the outside but inside it's not really. get either one
