I'm a real estate broker too. I tossed back and forth the idea of an s55 or an e55 for a long time. I'm 6'6" and there is no way anyone fits behind me when I'm in the E55. However, I take clients around maybe 25% of the time I use the car and the usual scenario is a man and a wife. Whoever is taller I put in the back on the passenger side lol. It works out fine. Just don't drive 200miles with them to show property haha
