You can't jump the time. Each lane is timed separately and the time starts whenever the car crosses over the beams. So they could take off whenever they want it doesn't matter, you get the same time.

He didnt jump anything and didnt even jump the gun at the start,he clearly out launched the gtr driver and just got a way better reaction time.
look at the time slip as its not a red flag run.
and even if it was it dose not matter as he would of still ran the same time with just a - reaction time.
Congrats that thing is moving !
actually he could inprove on his reaction time a tad also.Iv seen people get .003-004 times.
