Fuel trims
My fuel trims have been driving me crazy lately. Short terms will sometimes bounce from -20 (+/-) to +20(+/-) ..both sides...while cruising, at throttle they drop to zero which is good. Most of the time they are in the -teen to positive teen range while cruising. My long terms are now at 5 and 3 after recently clearing my adaptations. I also replaced all my 02s and checked for boost leaks. No leaks, no codes, and car drives well. Any thoughts? Am I stressing over nothing? Thanks.

oh cams... haha good thing you went back to stock cams...
not sure if it might be related but have you checked your by-pass throttle body?

Yes. But could something like this still be tune related?
