Install secondary Heatexchanger
Hi guys,
i need your help to install an secondary HE.
I bought the he by froozenboost.
Actually i drive an 172mm pulley.
My question:
- I also need another i/c-pump. Should i take the meziere w136?
- Should i split the i/c curcuit ?
- Should i also add an water reservoir?
- Is something else needed?
Thank you

- with the split circuit you will need a reservoir as a fill point
- need to read the DIY this info is posted numerous times

Thx shardul :-)
Is there more benefit by splitting the curcuit ?
I'll need an small reservoir by splitting but some add an big water reservoir also, i have seen.

MBWorld Fanatic!
When you split the system, would it be overkill if you had a 4-5 gal rear reservoir which flows through a wp136 through a secondary heat to the intercooler and back to the rear reservoir?

it would be overkill for his 172mm pulley as shardul stated, benefits of a rear reservoir would be beneficial for those running a larger pulley because of heat soak issues.

are you talking about the WP136S? if so it should be fine although I believe you have to mod the bracket to mount it correctly.
