I have a problem when I apply the brakes I hear a clicking nosie
It sounds like it's coming from the right side but it think it's coming
From both sides so today I went tO the dealer and got new spring retainers
But it did not solve the problem then I took it to a shop then we cut the rotors
And still same noise it sounds a broken axel but only does under a brake load
So I am clueless even the shop can't figure it out

I had the same problem except mine also made the clicking noise with every turn. It turned out to be the lower ball joint that needed the replacing.
