Dyno Results IN!! Finally after header install
Here are my results from this mornings Dyno session. What do you guys think....??
I'll load the graph up when I get a chance.
Tempature: 94 deg
Hummidity: 85%
Pulls were done on 20'' HRE Wheels
Dyno: Mustang Dyno (Heart Breaker)
Power: 483WHP 550WTQ
IATs were around 167deg. during the pull
A/F's DEF need adjusted still. I think they are Def robbing power. From 4100 RPMs to 5400 RPMs A/Fs are 10.6-10.9 and after 5500 RPMs A/Fs dip into the 9's Id like to target 11.5-11.8s which is what I'am told is a good target.
Mods: Code3 H/E, Johnson CM03 pump, 180mm ASP Pulley, K&N filters, FF Headers & X pipe, Eurocharged Tune.

I would say a shade over 11 at the very top, under heavy load, is about right with a little margin of safety. Sub 10 is going to be killing power.

Nice! I have essentially the same setup, stage 1 w/ 180 pulley, PLM HE, Johnson pump, and res delete. I have the EC long tubes on order and will have three separate dyno's within the next two weeks... Base stage 1 dyno, after long tubes, and then with a EC tune!

Was the 167 iat during a pull or is that the average? It seems high to me.

Those numbers are pretty darn good though, especially considering the IAT and the A/F ratios.
FWIW- I have the similar mods pretty much and my IAT's don't go that high in a single run. They might touch 140* but that's tops...even in 90* weather.

Me too....I believe this is what's making the car run so rich.

That is pig rich and damn good numbers man. I bet once you level the A/F out, you will pick up another 30rwhp. I would get those adjusted asap. You need the TTM fueling kit too

I would be interested in the delta numbers really. The difference between stock and current mods, preferably from the same dyno in similar conditions.
Or better yet times on the track

Is that the target Air Fuel across the rpm range for your setup, 11.5-11.8?
I will have my car finished and tuned this week on a mustang dyno too, so I will post my results in the, "Under the Knife" thread. We have the same setup, except I have a 82mm T/B, no FF headers or x pipe. I also have the stock manifolds, primary cats.
I do have split cooling with trunk mount reservoir/meziere pump, and larger intercooler under the blower though. It is expected to be in the 90*'s all week, so you can also count on shop temps near 100*
I am expecting around 430rwhp/5xxrwtq with my setup. Once I add the Long tubes, I would love to be around 500rwhp on a mustang dyno, so your numbers are super strong imo.

Mustang dynos can have corrections applied to say pretty much whatever the operator wants. Many shops that have mustang dynos apply "Dynojet" corrections that are intended to bring them on par with Dynojet equivalents without telling the customers. However, often the Mustang dyno ends up showing more power than a local Dynojet.
You've got some impressive numbers, for sure, but they don't say a whole lot unless you get a before and after on the same dyno.

Eurocharged Performance ML63 and TT lambo
we can go head to head drag racing at timmayfest. That should give you a good feel for how the car is performing.

Comparing dyno to dyno is pointless... all you need to focus on is the delta on the same dyno...
So I would prefer to know what the before and after numbers were.
