Nope, that's the bearings in the pulleys or the water pump.

I have asked so many people and I get a different answer every time. A mechanic told me that it was a normal noise and nothing to worry about, another mechanic said with conviction that it is the transmission pump, I have also heard that it could be the power steering pump, the alternator, the water pump, the idler pulley; I personally think it is the AC Compressor. I have tried to determine where it is coming from with a stethoscope but I cant narrow it down. I don't think it is the water pump or the idler pulley because I replaced both less than 10,000 miles ago. The car has 134,000 miles.I am going to purchase a smaller belt and bypass the AC Compressor but if anyone else has an opinion please share.
