I've had the E55 since about Feb now and just pulled trigger on first performance mod (the EC long tube header group buy) and now ready to do first cosmetic mod and i am going for wheels since they will also lighten the rotational mass about 40lbs... i think i have decided on Forgestar F14 cuz they are pretty good price and look good but i just cant decide on color... i am torn on gloss black or gun metal gray... what do you all think and dont make fun of my crappy photoshop! .... ok fine make fun of it lol (disregard the E63 replicas)

ok so i think i decided i am going gloss black mainly because i want to paint the calipers gloss yellow with black AMG lettering and i think that would look much better on the gloss black forgestars than the gunmetal gray..

gonna to the grill gloss black too but not sure if i am going to remove the MB star hood orniment and replace it with flat badge or not yet tough.

i will post pics once i get it all done... prob august after get the long tubes installed

haha actually i saw your car before , i think when i google imaged "black e55 forgestar f14" and it was one of my inspirations to go to dark side

I think I hit my last pot hole on these rims this week - my car has some crazy steering wheel wobble now.- time to look at some black rims too.
