Whats better than one ass

GA cares about emissions...just have to have your ECU properly set up. In VA, are they still doing the "stick in the pipe" trick or is is just OBDII scans?

Not done. I just went over there to check out the new pulley Eurocharged sent over...and it wobbles just as bad. I took video of mine compared to yours and it's night and day. In the bad way.
The first 180 we put on wobbled so much it cause the crank seal to leak. So we replace the seal...and then put on the new pulley they sent out.
Same thing. Wobbles like hell...crank seal leaking again.
Not happy about this at all.

Is that pulley welded to an OEM pulley they sent you or bolted? What is your next plan of action brother? I bet you're thinking of going with the 168mm at this point.

Just talked to Jerry...and as usual...he's making things right.
Also offered me a refund as well if I wanted that.
I can't have that wobble...uggh. So...we'll see if I end up with a 175 ASP or a 180 ASP. But whatever I do...I'm not doing anything with a wobble.

Bigger pulleys need to be welded to the OEM crank pulley. Asp does this too as I had mine done that way. That is the problem right there, it needs to be welded.

Damn, what is it with all this wobble business? It would have to be pretty darn bad for the oil seal to leak. My pulley has wobble but the seal doesn't leak so I've been living with it.

Yep. Took video of the first pulley...the second...and Chawkins for comparison. Will post.

Well. I'm going with the 168 Kleemann pulley back on. Was going to take a few weeks to get a 180 out to me that wasn't a bolt through.
Also, without injectors and my current set up...I would have been pushing things.
I'm sure I'll be damn happy with the 168 for a bit...and then when I get the urge, we'll move to a 175 or 180 with injectors.

Videos this evening...
Gotta say, even though I was not happy with the pulley, the Eurocharged team has done everything they could in their ability to make sure I'm happy. I just don't like the way that specific pulley is put together...and Jerry and team understood that and are doing everything to make me happy - including hunting down one I would be happy with. It's just that the time frame in which we'd get that pulley would be a ways out and I've already be without the car a few weeks. (two actually)
When I'm ready to go to a 180, I will certainly consider them again - their customer service IS top notch.

Just picked her up. :-)
He he.
Funniest thing was Jason & Gregg taking it out for a test drive before they handed it over. We could hear them open the cut-outs over a mile away and get on it.
The next thing we heard was a cop hauling *** siren blaring.
Luckily it wasn't them.
Picked up a little over 60 HP at the wheels with the headers, heat exchanger, & tune. (no new pulley)
Very pleased with it.
Will post some pics & vids soon...but gotta clean the girl now!

Brutal heartbreaker dyno so the numbers appear low... baseline was 363 (but I think Chawkins laid down something around 357 on the same dyno - mind you, I unknowingly had a 168 Kleemann pulley on there already). But with the Flooredfab lt's, Eurocharged HE, and Jerry Tune, we picked up 60 at the wheels. Cutouts added about 3 hp to the wheels and LOTS of fun. This peak was with the cutouts CLOSED.
Also, it was 96 degrees IN the shop with almost 40% humidity.
I did see a graph of a tuned M5 on the same dyno that put down either 417 or 407...so that made me feel a bit better.
You can also tell from the baseline that it looks like my pump was bad. I'm running that new Bosch now.
Kudos to both BUCKHEAD IMPORTS for doing all the work. Greg & Jason & Tony are great guys that look out for their customers. Jason was kind enough to loan me one of his personal cars while we working on the car just so I wouldn't have to drive my non-a/c GS around in the 100 degree weather.
Kudos to Jerry & Clint and the Eurocharged team for great customer support - even though I wasn't happy at all with the two pulleys we had to work with, they're taking care of things. Solid guys as well. They've promised a refund on the pulleys when they get them back.
I had to pay out of pocket for the labor for the multiple installs of the pulleys (pull on off...put one back on...see it wobble...run...pull one off...put another one...see it wobble...etc...) which kind of sucks...but whatever. Very happy with the car now.
