Two 957 Cayenne GTS's (black and silver), Duc749 (dark), departed '03 E55

LED Smoked Side Markers won't turn off???

I just purchased some smoked DEPO side markers which came with LED's. They look awesome, but they don't appear to turn off when the car is off. How is that possible?

The ECU is looking for the OEM bulb. The problem is the LEDS are too efficient and light up with the test current, that is looking for / checking the bulb. You should be getting a bulb out error in the MFD too.

Wow, no kidding. So I'm SOL on using LED's for the side markers? Maybe AZN Optics sells them? I put the standard white bulbs back in, but they don't look as good. Thanks for the info.
