Tire Guidance -- Searched and read for 2 days - lots of conflicting info
Gents-
I have done a lot of research on the forum and for the most part it seems that
Rear - 295/25/20 will work with an ET40 10" rim...... (285 not an option due to cost)
For the front I would like to run 255/30/20 ET32 with 8.5" rim but a couple threads point to bending the fender doing this.
Help please... should I just play it safe and go 245 in the front.
BTW - I'm lowered with a carlsson lowering module (lowest setting and drive in S2)

I have just installed 295/25/20s on my rears, 42 offset, 20x10. No rubs what so ever. 40ET should be fine.
Fronts I have 245/30s, ET32, no rubs, canned, but a 255 will probably rub!
Hope that helps.

Looking at my 245s today, they seem to have a slight stretch on the 8.5, maybe its the round pirelli tire... I've seen same offset rims on falken 245s rub and crack fenders! (w211)
245 you will have no headaches for sure, 255s could work, just make sure tires are rounder, rather than square like falkens...
