O well i like the badge and i stand by it. Ive seen a bunch of sl600 guys put the v12 biturbo badge. Whats wrong with that? I think it looks sick! Im no poser i hate posers. But it just informs ppl that this thing has a biturbo v8.

Excuse me, but what the hell does the price of the car have to do with anything? If you actually comprehended my comment, I actually acknowledge that it does have a V8 BiTurbo... While technically correct, those badges are meant for AMG vehicles... Regardless of whether or not it still has the CLS550 badging or not... And regardless of what you say, it is NOT legit fender badging. The factory definitely didn't put it there, and that badge is reserved for the AMG lineup... I don't give a crap if it's a $10,00 C34 from the past or a $200,000 brand new model, false badging is false badging...

You're incorrect. There aren't any AMG logos on the car. It simply says "V8 Bi-Turbo." There's nothing incorrect about that. Yes it is used on the AMG cars, but it still isn't false badging/advertising/posing/whatever you want to call it. The 600 guys put "V12 Bi-Turbo" on their fenders. Why can't the 4.7L Bi-Turbo guys do it?

I believe most of the 2012 models like the CL/S/ and they might have the E now, have this new 4.7 bi-turbo. and the CLS of course. The only difference from the CL and S from the CLS and the E i believe is that they put a little more hp in the CL/S and i believe it has 516lb tq. Which is crazy for a non AMG car. I think it was motor trend that tested the CL 0-60 in 4.2 seconds

right, its almost pointless to pay for an Amg car nowadays ..
what are u gonna do with 517hp that u cant do with 400, in everyday driving..
Sure u get a throatier exhaust, body kit etc, but i guess u can spend that extra aftermarket if u want.

yeah i know what you mean, those new 550's almost hang with my E55 i have now! I usually drive in comfort mode around town though, only time i really open her up is on the highway a few times a week. The 5.5L Bi-Turbo's seem to be badass though, cant wait to drive one. if i had my pick id take a CLS63
