How's your tensioner? I mean, is it REALLY hard? I find mine to be really hard, and if yours is soft then it could be the tensioner that's too weak and the belt jumps off. If I use a standard size 17mm wrench, I have to place considerable force to bring it to it's max.

Same here. I just replaced my tensioner with a brand new one. I'm getting tired of shredding belts.

Been there done that. We checked all parts visually for any damage, alignment with laser and old fashioned metal straight edge and everything looked perfect. ALL pullies ran true and I had 0 wobble on any pulley including the 172mm crank pulley. Replaced the tensioner as the spring was worn and didn't feel like there was enough tension on the belt. Replaced it. The idler pulley set and the SC clutch pulley were replaced under warranty. Only thing that fixed it was going to a 180mm older style pulley based on an OEM crank pulley with the pressed on and welded ring.
