For the OP, just an FYI and not trying to bash your thread but I bought my 05 with 38k miles and just about every option besides pano and the disktronic for $31k. Flawless interior, pretty much flawless exterior besides a few rock chips. Good luck with sale though!

good luck with the sale - funny i have a 04 E55 and 2010 QX56 and am selling the QX - the wife wants an SUV that is a bit smaller - GL -
