New Mufflex 2nd cat/resonator delete
I took the 63 down to see my boy Denny at Mufflex in Trenton NJ and explained to him What I wanted my 63 to sound like and what I wanted done. I showed him a picture of the renntech unit and this is what he done for me in 2 hours time at a fair last minute $450.Tell me what you think.I love the sound as there is no drone or rasp to it.And it is not loud at all,just right.

Two 957 Cayenne GTS's (black and silver), Duc749 (dark), departed '03 E55
Sounds good. The E63 definitely seems to be able to achieve a deeper more raspy sound than ours.

It's a waste on e55s, makes no, or veryyyyy little difference. Best to swap the mufflers out, or do LTH and 3" back, than will sound decent.

I will get better sound clips today while driving. I will get inside and out sound clips. My Iphone doesnt give good audio but you get the idea. I feel like I lost a lil low end grunt but up top it feels like it is regained.Maybe its the more breathing it can do now?A pair of K&N's are going in today and charcoals being removed.Should I expect a CEL light soon,andif so which CEL will it be?I currently get po171 I think "lean bank 1"

P.S.- "Not loud" coming from a Supra guy means it won't set off EVERY alarm in a parking deck, just a few.

Denny is one of the best exhaust guys in the business.
He has been around a long time and knows cars & racing.
He is a true car guy and works for a fair price. Never jacks the cost because you pull up in a Mercedes.
Great, honest team there.

ALso Mufflex is not a race fabrication shop guys,It is a muffler shop that does a lil custom work as a bonus. The work they do is still to turn $ so it isnt flawless work liek a machine shop or a vendor can make.But far a getting things like we need done this is the #1 shop in my opinion.

Anytime,And for those who know "Turbolou" (white E55 NJ W/roll bar)on here also know that where he spends lots of time making exhaust changes.
