2018 E63s, 2004 E55 AMG
I got a dipstick for the engine and tranny on ebay for about $40. It came with a sheet saying what the reading should be for each car, seeing these "service tools" are used with alot of other models. I believe the company i got them from was sg-motorsports. I'm sure this is cheaper than buying it from the dealer.

Dealer wants $146 for the sensor. May have to ring my POS warranty company.
Dipstick hunt will commence shortly. Thx for the help guys.

try parts.com for that sensor, might be able to get it cheaper. whats the part number?

Same here bro. With oil so vital, be worth your time to pull the oil one more time and swap out the rear oil sensor. It's cake to swap in and out and mine was perfect ever since. Mine kept commanding me to keep adding oil. Scary how much I ended up adding before saying F this!!
