Why blur at all? Wouldn't have improved the shot anyways.
IMHO shoot at whatever f is comfortable and produces nice sharpness, pick a low contrast background and just crop and aggressive panorama.

On a bit of a road trip this weekend for a classic car show.
if any of you watched the Bathurst 12 hour recently (part of the World Endurance Championship), I dropped in to do a few laps of the circuit and take some photos on my way past.

Lowering links installed. Pretty happy with it, might tweek the front a bit to get it down a little more. As it sits in the pic it doesn't scrape at all going in/out of my driveway.
New wheels my be incoming soon too. I curbed the **** out of my right rear in a Starbucks drive thru last night (the g/f just had to have her sugar coffee). I'm kind of over these as well, plus they ****ing suck to clean.
