Talking Time to get to work. Goodies ready for install.

So this is a really exciting and slightly depressing picture. Exciting because everything is here and ready to go on and depressing because its not on yet.

The parts and where I got them:
EC headers from group buy
Thunderbolt race cats from performance-curve.com
V-band clamps, Pypes XVF-13 X-pipe from Jegs
Exhaust flex from siliconintakes.com
TTM Fuel Rail and Injectors
All four brake rotors, brake sensors, SL55 snout, valve cover gaskets, door handle, and other misc OE parts from oediscountsparts.com
EBC Redstuff brake pads from autopartswharehouse.com
Front lip from Gary@Suvneer
Set of colder spark plugs from Amazon on the way.

I'll retune with Jerry after the install. I might also add a few more goodies to the list. Anyone want to sell any TTM Scoops? I don't want to wait for the carbon fiber ones. I think I'd rather have the originals anyway.

I'll try to grab some pics through the install and write up some DIY's.
-Sterling

About that x pipe is it on jegs .com? Is it made for our cars or is it a custom install piece?

Your build sounds very close to mine! I still haven't taken any pics of mine yet ... door handle should make it go much faster ... Do you have a pulley on already?

That is going to be a HUGE upgrade once you are done. Pypes makes sick exhausts at an amazing price. I have run alot of their products on my mustangs and their x-pipes are LOUD

It will take some fab work to install it. I know the EC guys are working on a bolt-on mid pipe and MBH and Floored Fab both have one for their system. Most long tubes take some fab work somewhere to get everything how you want them.

I can't wait. I don't think an extra 50-60whp is out of the question. Hopefully have it all on in a month or so.

You will easily net 50rwhp my friend, not even braking a sweat, especially after you tune it with the headers.

Nice collection of parts. Your car will be a true beast once it's done. Any budget for rear tires?

WS6- Sorry for bumping an old thread, but how did that Pypes XVF-13 X-pipe work out? Did it take any fabrication to meet the header collectors?

We need a good source for DIY mids that doesn't cost more than a house payment.

NP DVC. The x pipe worked out well. I had to use the bends in the stock exhaust to narrow the distance between the two pipes to get it back into the stock resonator. Given you were going to dump the resonator it would be even easier.
