I only have a measly ole E500, so I guess I couldn't afford the E55. Maybe he just didn't like to have the snot beat out of his 80 year old body, by the M6 suspension. Maybe the guy's "other car" is a 458 Italia, or RR Phantom.
I bet when Jon (AMGfan) is rolling around in his Hyundai Elantra, or whatever econobox he just bought, people have no idea that he also owns an E55, SL65, GTR, and a new Suburban, that he just dropped another $25K+ on, to mod. Who knows how much he spent upgrading the others. It's alot, I can tell you that.

I was not driving like an *******. There was no traffic. the light i am referring to was at least a mile down the road and going 35 in a 45 he could have easily moved right then back left to make his turn.

If there was no traffic, why couldn't you have simply gone around him, at the posted speed limit, and left well enough alone? Its the SPEED LIMIT, not speed minimum. He was well within his right to drive 5 under. Now, If he was clogging traffic, and the source of a backup, sure I get it. But as you said, there was NO TRAFFIC. Listen, you got caught being a d-bag. It's fine, we've all done it. Anyone that says otherwise is lying. We've all been there, and will be there again. Don't dig a deeper hole.

You need to all experience Houston.. Left lane is for anyone driving long distance or people who think they own the road. Middle lane is for most people and the right lane is for anyone racing to get off the freeway onto the the feeder roads that run parallel to the freeway. I wasn't use to this as most anywhere else I've driven you can be fined for sitting in the left lane and not moving over then traffic comes up behind.
I've just gotten user to overtaking slower traffic by moving into the right lane and then moving back over into the left lane.

But still aint no reason to call his ride a $18k peice sh*t or to make him out to be one .. Seems like all the posters defending that BMW driver are the ones who drive like him .. And the ones defending OP all drive their cars like they stole it lol personally dont give rats *** if you drive a 10k car or 100k car if you hoggin up the lane cuz you have all day to do nothing just take your sweet *** time while im on the go trying to make it to the bank before it closed to deposit this 50k large then im going to honk and ride your *** till you get out the way and as im passing you from any which way you might see my finger go up just for making me lose the 1 precious minute of my life that I had to give up so you can drive 40 in a 45mph lane but you would really have to catch me on a bad day

I prefer to stay in the background which is why I'm mostly a lurker on all car forums I'm a part of. But when I see a post like Kamil's who decided to take this thread away from the subject matter and obviously make things personal, I voiced my opinion and tried getting the thread back on topic. You're going to insult me with this? Really?
You might be friends with Kamil, which is fine. But really think about this hard and realize what you replied with. I found Kamil's off-topic response rather insulting even though it wasn't directed at me. If I would have written Marcus Frost's response myself and he didn't write anything, would Kamil have even replied? Nope! He literally responded with anger and hostility toward someone else and that took this thread off topic. Please tell me why you'd berate someone like me and NOT Kamil. I'd love to hear your response. So here i am minding my own business doing 5 over the speed limit when i come up on a 60 year old with sunglasses on in a silver 650i vert in the left lane of a two lane road. This guy refuses to move over so i pass him. I wasnt paying attention but my friend said the guy was staring at us shaking his head. So i pull in front of him and at the next light he gets in the left turn lane. I look over and hes just shaking his head at me. I rolled down my window and asked if there was a problem and he just smirks and shakes his head more at me. I was pissed so I asked "are you mad cuz you couldnt afford the M6?" he literally takes off his shades, flicks me off and yells "**** YOU" then floors the gas into his left turn. my buddy was laughing so hard he was crying. Moral of the story: dont hate when a kid half your age pulls up in a better ride. Get your paper up.
Your E is surely faster, but the 650i vert is much sexier in my stinky opinion. How's your drop top working on those 80 degree summer days?
