I don't have exact pre-post dyno numbers for my EC ported/polished heads (stock cams) b/c I also got the 170mm Weistec modular CP, cat delete & wrapped headers (already had Stage 3 build + the FTP under hood split cooling) & the EC dyno was broken when they finished the build. The numbers before the Stage 4 upgrade were 475.6 whp & 540 wtq. This past week, I had EC install their built transmission, 3k stall converter & replaced the FTP tank with a trunk tank. The dyno numbers were 548.37 whp & 609.83 wtq (hot/humid Houston). I can definitely tell a difference with the heads & recommend them. Just wish I had the $ for the EC fully built engine. BTW, this is my daily driver.

It was Eurocharged's new DynoJet 424XLC2 with the linx system. It is the most expensive dyno they make. It has a roller for the front wheels, too. In fact, it has increased resistance because it spins all 4 wheels (front & rear are connected by a belt). Yes, it's the stock s/c.

With a good set of ported massaged heads with larger intake valves, big 1 7/8 headers are needed and big TB with custom intake are a must. Stock intake air box will hurt ported heads a lot and so will any exhaust restriction. Just work through all your restrictions and bring your boost back up and max power gains will be had.

Our stock heads do not have the valve train or room in the head for big race style spec cams. i worked with comp cams and others and realy we need custom cast race heads like AFR or Trickflow make for domestic engines.

w211 e55 ported heads

Hi!! Where do you advice me to port my e55 heads?
I have seen that kleeman and weistec make them. Do you know any one better and cheaper?

No power numbers or flow numbers

Obviously they are very expensive I have seen ported and polished heads for approx. 1500-2000$ as the price should be.
