Fuel consumption at start up and idling?

Hey everyone. Cars been running a little rough at idle. So today after a started the car I watched the fuel consumption and from idle it went from 16l/100 to 21l/100 and it's still climbing... This cant be right...

Now I am hearing intermittent tapping noises from the side of the car, kind of like a valve opening and closing. After searching the forums, ive read it could be the valve for the carbon canister. Do you think this is the cause of the rough idle and climbing fuel consumption?

During city driving I'm at 13l/100...

Also no codes or lights...

The tapping noises are heard when coming to a stop or accelerating from a stop

try cleaning MAS, INJECTORS , Throttle body , EGR , and lastly Canister , also would be easy to simple clean cam crank sensors , and change the fuel filter , i had same problem, this what i did and the problem gone

Might be way off base, but what's your oil level?
