E55 dyno results

Hey

Just thought I will let you guys know the mods I have done in stages.

First stage

190mm pulley
long tube headers eurocharged
3inch straight through system
Rear eisenmann boxes

512.9 rwhp
807.5 ft-lbs to the wheels

564.2 to the engine
888.3 ft-ibs to the engine.

Are these the figures that you guys are getting with these mods?

Thanks acid

The HP is in line but Torque is way to high for our engines. Should be 630 range.

Well that's what I thought but i will get the car mapped in the next few days, as these readings where without a custom map and just a generic map.

Then I will put the cams in and do a dyno
Then the 82tb and a dyno and injectors!

See what the diff is with each mod.

looks like your torque readings might be in newton meters as 888nm is about 654 ftlbs

Yeah. I got EC cooler and cm 30 pump aswell. I just need to sort out the spilt cooling to finish it.

I will be 0-60 mph runs on Sunday here in the UK will let you know the results but mine is a wagon and I don't have LSD lol.

Well. I already got the cams and tb but I have sent my spare heads off to get ported and polished so when they come I will put one part a time in and dyno them and see what make more power plus I got injectors from Eurocharged aswell.

The 190 pulley is good may need a few more lol

Nice numbers! Big +1 on the 82MM TB. It'll open up the top end quite a bit!

Sounds about right. I'm between 512-516rwhp on different DynoJets with my mods. The key is to be able to back up those numbers with some timed runs. I don't think 0-60 would be a good test for that amount of power and torque. You should try 60-130 if you have a good road to run it, or take her to a dragstrip.

Let's hope skratch is right or you'll need a transmission upgrade.

^ No ****...

unless I am at the track, the longest I can hold down the throttle is about 2 seconds. I either run out of road, have a car in front of me, or get to "Felony Wreckless"..

Don't give me more torque, give me a way to fit 305s or 315s tire out back.

Acid, Be very cautious with who and how they port your AMG heads. It takes a lot of flow test and R&D to get these heads to be superstars! Many of the traditional porting tricks will loose flow on these AMG heads. Unless your ported flow test everything, keeps the velocity up and spends the time to build all the test fixtures, I would not let them touch them! Even standard chamber work can hurt your power on these heads. Be carefull bro!

Sounds like you are building Godzilla!!!

Hey

Before the heads go on I will get a flow test done and pass the results to you and see what you think as this is new for Us in the UK , they are being done by a professional race team so I will let you know the results

I hope she a monster once finished , I am trying to be the first E55 in the UK to get into the 10s lol. And I hope I will be the first E55 wagon to get into the 10s in the US. Or has someone already done it?

Ideal results would be 580 to 600 rwhp
