O.k. just to be clear...I'm at the Central Valley CA, my asking price will be $24,500 price include all E63 upgrades, (rims, new tires, wind mirrors, front bumper, trunk spoiler, trunk panel, headlights, led taillights, etc.) I will not parting out. I need a SUV, (need for 6 passenger)

I want to trade for a similar value SUV, yes could be straight trade for the right SUV, I can put extra money on top of your SUV or I may open to get money + SUV if the value is less, look for SUV not older than 2004, look for similar conditions, I mean, SUV with clean records, good maintenance, no accidents, please no cars trades, no sport cars trades. No dealers period!!

Need 6 passenger... not a Mercedes 12 passenger van lol !! why I don't want look at dealer ??? first, I may end with a $40,000- $50,000 SUV... (GL450) big no no right now, also not need a car payment I don't even want to stop at dealer, I know my self !! also in a used SUV I may spend up to 30% more than a private transaction with fees, tags, smog, taxes, car detail, sales comission, multi point check, Mannager lunch, etc. etc. + deal with a sales people ...also I know somebody will be in my same situation... no need for a big SUV + want a Nice E55. I am not looking for bussiness, profit or anything like that...

Am I in the right track? or am I wasting my time? any suggestions? I am not in a hurry yet. Also I wish to do a trade with a forum member, I know we take care our cars. (in a different case, this trade will be at craigslist, or sale at ebay but no)

Since my last post 9/24 this is what happend... Got a SUV (Sequoia), I KEEP THE E55 !!! yes, I may keep it forever !! E55 is not for trade or sale anymore, just hit a 107,000 run like a champ...
