Here is my 200mm. I had the outer ring masked off , coated in silver to match my custom idler pulley and then re-painted the main hub gloss black. All in high heat coatings.

Not sure how many of you really measure your pulley ring to get the actual rib diameter, but if you do, always measure to the surface the belt runs on , not the outer ring lip. This pulley is 200mm to the belt rib surface. Your outside pulley flange may be 175 but the true pulley size may only be 172. Don`t leave any power on the table!

BTW, My hands are extra large, so not a good reference to compare pulley size too.

Wow,that is some hardware bro

When are you starting the tuning for the heads? After that is complete, when will you slap that flying saucer on, and tune for it?

Most all the pulleys are 2-3 parts. If you use a factory hub it has an inner hub, outer hub and then most machine shops add larger ring. Then you have 3 parts. That being said, mine would be called a 3 part.

It is pinned or screwed on as they say. So is the 185mm on my car now. Kleeman and Renntech also use the pinned method. My 185mm and my 200 are not welded and are 3 parts and could be four, if you count the rubber dampner part too.

I am also waiting to hear back from the blower MFG on the specs for blower max speeds. I think we are good but want to double check.

The car is pulling like a ***** with these new heads already and that is with 185mm and no tune yet. Revs quicker, part throttle is smooth and crisp and more power up top. Better flow and lower boost, means more timing could be added and with AFR adjsuted, easy 15 to 20hp just in the tune.
