Chunk of tire 1, E55 mesh grill 0
Cruising down the highway, an 18 wheeler kicked up a chunk of tire that whacked my right mesh grill area. Where would be the best place to pick up a clip and mesh grill?

Similar situation happened to me back in the day to my W211 E55- I had a friend who could get wholesale pricing and went to the dealer... I dont know anywhere else.

damn dude same fking thing happened to me, but it also cracked my front lip cost me 1400$ to fix cuz i wasnt about to pay 3000$ with install for new bumper and grill

Sorry to see, lost a windshield and passenger side glass due to a tire from the same. Oh well. At least it was in my 2011 Chrysler and not the AMG.

This just happened to me a week ago. Took out a fog light and center mesh cover.. I feel your anger!! You can get you clips from the dealer they are cheap. If not eBay has 24 clips for $12.

nearly same exact thing happened to me 2 weeks ago... didnt break the fog, but blew bye bye my 2 mesh grills around the fogs... cant find a cheap replacement so far so i might just make my own

The link is the best price I could find. I called and tried to see if it was in stock but just got a voice mail.
Luckily a member had one laying around and sold me a used one at a decent price before the company called me back.
