Who cares about how often someone drives their tt Lambo, who cares about your Supra. All of that is irrelevant, it was a simple illustration to show a tank in the engine bay. Sorry, but the point is many cars all run a tank in the engine compartment and it works just fine and in the case with the E55 with Tbal's idea it is even better than all these other setups because it is completely separated from heat unlike all the others.

I tell you what though, you can do it your way like your Supra and others may do it this way. At the end of the day it doesn't matter because it is going to work better either way.

Sweeping dust under the carpet imo.

The cobra guys and lambo guys make crazy power for one or 2 runs. then they have to pull over and refill with ice. have you not seen the videos all over the internet of them refilling with ice. I can fill my tank, drive to the track, make 2 passes and still have ice in my tank!!

haha trust me, i'm all in for paying to play; but, not $3500-$4500 (maybe work out a deal) for a trunk reservoir no thank you and I'm sure I can read the datalog but I don't need to see it.

But you are right though "different strokes for dif folks".

LOL, that is hilarous. Some people clearly do have more money than brains. We are talking about some rubber hose and an aluminum tank. $3-4k are ****ing kidding me? Damn some people have no clue and it is beyond me how they ended up with money because usually you need to be smart to have money.

Tbal, did you get my pm?

Eurocharged Performance ML63 and TT lambo
Nice job tbal...good to see people trying their own thing...

oh and as far as the $3500 thing it can be done on a benz for a fraction of that price.

Our texas mile E55 has a system that should do just that. We should have results at the end of next month...

Thanks for comments guys. Like they say money doesn't buy brains lol

Tank size is 9" L x 6.5" W x 5" H

Some room for width and length, but height of 5" is pretty much max!

E55 w/ goods, Z32 Project underway
Nice work, there is room behind the bumper as well which would prime for a tank similar to the Mustang setup above.

I have a small tank there but nothing like the size of the mustang. You could make something that went length wise I suppose and fit some more capacity though.

trolling in the e55 forums yes... why dont you go post your cool stories in the nissan forums. I see you have 900+ whp car, obviously you need better cooling, learn to compare apples to apples.

Again, I wasn't too concerned with looks as its hidden under the plastic cover anyways... however if somebody does spend the time a nice custom tank can be fitted in the whole area. urbanworm is working on this... I just need something asap, as I only have 2-3 more track days left!
