Haha, you mentioned some cams and a bigger pulley back then not heads too though, I think the biggest thing in need is better cooling (as in intercooler like the top mounts being worked on) due to the lovely always hot and humid weather of Florida. Really curious if that will pick up some lost boost as well going to the more efficient cores and gain power from that.

And of course the car gets enjoyed, it is so much different from my other car but I like them equally No crazy times/mph from me, yet at least. Would need a drag radial setup to start with. Went recently in high 70s and humidity in the 80s and ran 12.19@120 with 2.0 60ft (cant get off line for nothing). I am sure a tank with race gas, a big ice tank, some drag radials, cold weather and taking the spare tire out for a minor weight savings could change a lot though.

Meth is a great solution to alot of the 55 and even 65 woe's. Unfortunatly there seems to be too small of a following from AMG owners going this direction to have adequate or factual results of the pro's and con's. Now im by no means saying add meth and tune for it on your DD tune. BUT with a quick block tuner and a tune directly setup for the meth it surely could put down a serious bruising for those times you feel like running that file. I will be adding a meth kit to my 65 in the upcoming weeks and will post an unbias review to what the pro's and con's are on my car and my driving conditions. I will be triing multiple different nozzle size and combinations of when the meth is on ex. boost pressure, rpms, and different loads. I will be running a fully configurable controller not just a boost switch to see how it can be setup to work with a tune not setup particularily for meth.

I love it for my other car with the turbo, that twin turbo engine of yours will be in heaven. It just seems weird that from the few people that have it on here in the E55 half had/have issues with the car running right (rich and losing power) and the others seem to be doing well with it so I have held off on it for now. Very odd for sure, my other car isn't tuned for it and it runs awesome with the meth injection.

Thanks for the review. An S65 or an CL65 is my next/dream car. In 2005, the CL65 was the most powerful production car/coupe in the world.

As the HP wars continue to climb it seems like the V12TT 600 / 65 cars will get more popular considering the price you can get them for these days. Also some turners are offering more and more upgrades, lets hope there is a market for them so they keep pushing the limits.

Sounds like a plan to me. I just picked the car up from MB BH, tranny was ok it was just a bad control module that needed to be replaced. The car is as good as new now

Just looking out for the fellas, don't want anyone getting whiplash or shattering teeth unnecessarily. Adam drives around in both of those and a helmet
